It is equipped with a silent air source heat pump as the primary heating, oven and dishwasher, etc. in the kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom. You get access to your own patio/terrace right next to the house and a lockable outdoor storage for bikes/tools, etc. The house is rented unfurnished (except for a large mirrored wardrobe in the hall). Broadband is also included in the rent. Electricity is added to the rent from 500 - 800 SEK/month (this depends on actual consumption as well as the cost of electricity during the year).
