Hyllie Dungen, a cozy little area located right by Hyllie Park. 2min walk to the train station, several gyms, restaurants, the Emporia shopping center and much more. The apartment has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, spacious bathroom, a storage room in the apartment, a full wall closet in the bedroom as well as a balcony and a walking loft. 4th floor, but good lighting, intercom, wifi base package included in the apartment along with cable TV. I am moving up to Stockholm for a year because of a job there, therefore I am looking for a calm person or couple who could consider renting out my little haven.
