I'm renting out a one-bedroom apartment in Solberga, Hägersten IMMEDIATELY due to having just received a larger apartment. 48 sqm with combo machine and dishwasher in the apartment. There is a storage room in the apartment. The apartment has a north-facing balcony. The building has an elevator. 4 apartments on each floor. The apartment is on floor 4/4. Open floor plan, meaning kitchen and living room together. One bedroom and a storage room next to the bedroom. The bathroom is about 7 sqm and has a shower and a combo machine. The apartment is rented out for one year. Electricity, broadband, and TV are included in the rent. Also heating, hot water, and cold water. The property was built in 2018 and we are the only ones who have lived in the apartment. The bus is about 50 meters outside the house and takes you to Telefonplan subway and Älvsjö station in 5 min. They go several times an hour. Parking is free along the roads and outside the house. Tours will take place continuously. Make sure to have payrolls for the last 6 months, a certificate from the police, a certificate from UC where payment defaults can be seen, and a newly issued employment certificate. We will want to call previous housing references. You must be smoke-free and pet-free. Maximum 2 people in the household.
