I am now renting out my apartment on Döbelnsgatan in Borås. The apartment is close to both the city center and Knalleland. Perfect for students as it is only a 5-8 minute walk to the university! The 37.5 sqm apartment has 1.5 rooms and a kitchen, as well as a balcony. It is located at the top of the building on the third floor. The kitchen, which has space for a dining group, has nice brick walls and plenty of natural light. Between the kitchen and the living room, there is a cozy sleeping alcove with space for a 120-bed. Opposite the alcove is the bathroom, which has a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as storage cabinets. In the living room, there is both a sofa and a desk, as well as some additional furniture. There is also a wardrobe and a door to the balcony. The apartment is rented out partially furnished. A bed is not included. The rent includes broadband, water, TV, and heating. Electricity is not included. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible.
