Three rooms available for rent in a community in Heikinlaakso, Helsinki, in a two-story detached house surrounded by a garden. Available immediately. The house, built in the late 1950s, currently houses five people. Spirituality was the initial idea for founding our community, and we hope for sober tenants interested in self-development. The available rooms are just over 14 m2 in size: one on the ground floor and two upstairs. Rent is calculated based on the number of residents, approximately 370-480 €/month. In addition, we collectively pay for water, electricity, gas, fiber optic internet, and waste charges, with these other costs being 120-160 €/month/person (depending on the number of residents and heating needs). Upstairs is a spacious, bright living room with a large ceramic-tiled fireplace, an open kitchen with a gas stove, and a dining area. Lacquered wooden floors. The garden includes, among others, seven apple trees, some of which bear good fruit. There are many flowers, and small-scale cultivation is possible. There is free parking in front of and near the house. Just 200 meters away is the Kalkkikallio nature reserve with its magnificent cliffs. Less than three kilometers away is also the Slåttmossen nature reserve. Grocery stores are within walking distance (K-Market, S-Market, and Lidl). The center of Helsinki can be reached by public transport in about 40 minutes (AB ticket).
