Incredibly cozy area! 2 minutes away from Gubbängen metro station! The building is located at the top! I am renting out my apartment due to work in another location! It is a 3-room apartment but I am renting it out as a 2-room since I will have my bedroom locked. And I will come home one weekend every third month! Otherwise, you have free access to the entire apartment! And I will of course notify you well in advance before I come for a weekend. The rent includes electricity and internet! The rent is actually 11,717 SEK plus about 800-1,000 SEK in operating costs. So everything over 11,500 SEK I pay per month because I would like to be able to stay in my room the few times I am in Stockholm :) and I think it feels like a pretty fair deal! I am just checking interest so far! The idea is that I want to rent out the apartment secondhand but I need to get it approved by my landlord! And I will apply for this shortly:)
