Hi! Roommate wanted for a furnished room of 10 sqm with oak parquet flooring in a 4-room apartment on the 1st floor in a 3-storey building in Bromma. You will share the entrance, bathroom, and kitchen with me and my two children who stay with me every other week. The residence is close to the subway station Abrahamsberg, Bromma. Within cycling distance to the city, Bromma Blocks, beautiful swimming areas (Mälaren), nature reserves, running tracks, outdoor gyms, Friskis & Svettis, SATS etc. REQUIREMENTS FOR ROOMMATE - Orderly and neat person - No pets and non-smoker - Steady finances with proof of regular income, such as salary or CSN. - Rent is paid on the 25th of each month. - Move-in on September/October 1 (female weekly commuters are prioritized but others are welcome to express interest).
