This nice townhouse is rented out fully furnished. It is located in a quiet area in Huskvarna. It is rented out from September 1, or as soon as possible thereafter. Rental period up to 12 months. The living area is 74 m2 plus a basement. On the first floor is the kitchen and living room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer as well as storage. Fiber is available in the property. At the back of the house, there is a small charming garden with flowering bushes. There are two patios (wooden deck) and a small conservatory. The house is close to the train station and bus stop, so it is easy to get to Jönköping and the rest of the world. It takes five minutes to the bus stop, less than 10 minutes to the train station. Schools and preschools are in the vicinity. The rent includes heating, water and sewage, waste removal, maintenance of common areas, playground, etc. An additional charge for heating may apply in the case of high consumption. The electricity bill is paid directly to the landlord monthly. The electricity cost depends on how much electricity is consumed, it is usually 600-800 SEK/month.
