Available on a fixed-term contract for 1-2 months for temporary housing needs, suitable for 1 adult, a fully furnished upstairs of a detached house. The upstairs does not have its own kitchen or toilet facilities. There is a private fridge upstairs for any additional space requirements if the shared fridge in the kitchen is insufficient. The owner of the house and a cat also live in the house. We share the kitchen and bathroom facilities. You have access to the house's guest toilet on the middle floor. Quiet hours in the house are from 23-06. We will agree on cleaning and other shared house duties when making the rental agreement. The rent includes heating. Water fee (€25/month), which will be checked upon the termination of the lease. The house is located in a quiet detached house area with relatively good bus connections. Parking is also available in the yard or in front of the house. Possibility to heat the car for an additional fee of €15/month. The nearest store is approximately 500m away, and larger stores (Citymarket, Lidl, Puuilo, Tokmanni, JYSK, Kotipizza, Kebab restaurant, Hese, McDonald's, 24h Laundry, Mehiläinen, KappHal, Finlayson, etc.) are 2km away.
