The apartment is located approximately 1.5 km from the center of Kerava in a peaceful park-like environment amidst good outdoor, jogging, and cycling routes. The housing company is well-maintained, and necessary repairs and renovations have been done on time, and the building is very clean from the outside as well. The housing company offers residents a modern laundry room with a washing machine and mangle, and a proper dryer room with a blower. In addition, the sauna section and steam room were renovated a few years ago. Parking with electric outlets for a passenger car in the company's parking area is available either immediately or with only a short delay.
