Due to a temporary move, I am renting out my apartment for a couple of months. The apartment is located very centrally in Malmö, just a 5–10 minute walk to Triangeln, with Pilgrimsparken right next to the building, perfect for a nice walk. The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day and evening, with southwest-facing windows that open up to the sky. The large windows create a bright, cozy atmosphere during summer evenings and winter nights, as well as a calming feeling when the rain falls against the glass. The apartment is quiet, you never hear the neighbors. It’s located on the 6th floor; you can take the elevator to the 5th floor and walk up one flight of stairs. Upon entering, you arrive in the hallway with the bedroom to the right and the living room to the left. The open-plan layout connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area seamlessly, creating a spacious and airy feeling. There is also a cozy nook that works perfectly as a home office or a quiet space to relax, depending on your needs. The apartment includes both a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment will come with some furniture, including: - Sofa, sofa table, TV bench - Bed - Shoe rack, kitchen table, and chairs - Display cabinet, wardrobes, and sideboard - Dishwasher, as well as a set of dryer and washer The rent includes: 1. Internet 2. Water 3. Electricity You will receive a set of keys that work for the building entrance, the apartment, the basement(which includes additional washers and bike storage), and the recycling rooms. You will need to set up a home insurance, as that is a requirement by qasa and me.
