Welcome to Stockholm's closest archipelago environment, our peaceful seaside cabin 5 meters from the sea located 10 minutes from downtown Stockholm. Here you can enjoy scenic relaxation with a fantastic panoramic view over the sea (Stocksundet) while being close to the city's pulse. The cabin is well-equipped at 30 m2 and offers a bedroom with single/double bed (180 cm), a glazed living room with sofa bed, kitchen, toilet/shower (please note that the shower is a Stockholm shower). Next to the cabin is Bockholmen with a nice restaurant for cozy evenings. With a walking distance of 700 meters to buses, the Bergshamra subway (Solna), grocery stores, and other amenities, everyday life becomes both easy and practical. It takes 10 minutes to bike to Östermalmstorg. Additionally, you have your own dock connected to the cabin, perfect for relaxing moments by the water. A rowing boat is available for those who want to explore the surrounding area from the sea. We are looking for a well-behaved, preferably male tenant, pet-free person with a stable income, good housing references, preferably an academic or researcher.
