I am renting out my newly built 1-bedroom apartment (condominium) furnished because I have moved in with my boyfriend. The apartment is located at the top of the building (4th floor) and has a large balcony of 12 sqm with afternoon-evening sun. The apartment has a very good layout with a large bathroom with its own combined washer/dryer and plenty of closet space. Internet and electricity/hot water are included in the rent. The area is quiet, as are the neighbors in the stairwell. The metro's green line is 2 minutes from the apartment with 15 minutes to the city center, and there is plenty of street parking. Large green areas nearby. Since it is a condominium, I can only rent it out one year at a time.
