The apartment is in very good condition. All necessary repairs have been completed on time in the housing company, and the extensive pipeline renovation, which also included a complete renovation of all bathrooms, basic renovation of common areas, as well as the modernization of sauna and washing facilities, was completed 3 years ago. The building has an elevator and the apartment has a glazed balcony facing south. It's only a walking distance to the city center and both the train and bus stations. I am looking for a long-term, honest tenant who takes care of their own affairs and someone else's property, is non-smoking and without pets, to whom I can offer a well-maintained and clean home.
