We are renting out our modern, beachside house in Norra Mellbystrand. 35 sqm, perfect for 1-2 people. Available from September 1st for an indefinite rental period. The rental period is flexible, so feel free to contact us even if you have other preferences! Rent is excluding utilities, and additional costs for heating and household electricity amount to approximately 16,000 SEK/year. The house has a dishwasher and washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed, a large patio with furniture and a barbecue. It is furnished and equipped, just move in. There is also the possibility of an extra, secluded bedroom upstairs which can be accessed via an external staircase. Here you live just a few minutes walk from both Sweden's longest sandy beach and the Hökafältet nature reserve. It is 2 km to ICA Maxi and there are very good commuting opportunities. Bus to Båstad Station, Laholm Station, and Laholm runs just outside the house. If you drive, you have parking outside the house and can reach central Halmstad in 20 min and Båstad in 15 min. Laholm station, which is a few minutes away by car, has a large, free parking area for those commuting with Öresundståg. We have had our house for 15 years and are renting it out due to changed circumstances. Warm welcome to this gem!
