Hello everyone, I failed last week to find the right person to rent my apartment so i will try on more time. I have a one-bedroom apartment in Upplands Väsby that I would like to rent out to a couple (no children) for a long-term period, with a minimum contract of one year. The apartment is in very good condition and is a perfect option if you work at Arlanda Airport, as it is only 20 minutes away by car and 35 minutes by train to Stockholm city center. It will be available starting from September 15th, as the current tenants are moving out on that day. I am looking for a single person or a couple with a stable income who can pay the rent without delays or issues. Ideally, the tenants should be over 35 years old. No loud music, no parties, and no pets are allowed. The rent is 12,000 SEK per month, and a deposit of 6,000 SEK is required upon signing the contract. The deposit will be used incase any damages happen to the apartment. Electricity and heating are included in the rent.
