Are you interested in living at a comfortable distance from the city? We intend to rent out our extra house located on our property on the scenic Brevik Peninsula. With the archipelago on your doorstep and views towards Tyresö Castle and Notholmen, as well as a few hundred meters to the nearest beach, it ensures peace and quiet. In addition to a pleasant natural environment around the house, there is a large veranda (wooden deck) on two sides to enjoy both day and evening sun. If you're lucky, you might also see deer and roe deer visiting the lawn from time to time. The public transport is good, just straight down the road (about 250 m) is the bus stop that takes you straight to Gullmarsplan in a little over 35-40 minutes without a transfer. The house is built with an open plan for the kitchen and living room, with the bedroom located in a shaded position. The kitchen is fresh and the bathroom likewise, and underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. Large triple-glazed windows make the house bright and pleasant. The rent includes household electricity and internet (fiber). Note: During November-February, an electricity cost of 800:- is added. The house is rented out partially furnished with wardrobes, dining table/chairs, bed (140 cm), shelf, wardrobes and sofa including coffee table.
