Our home is a spacious and welcoming place surrounded by forest and only a short walk from the sea, yet just 45 minutes from Stockholm City. With both good public transport connections and plenty of parking, it combines the calm of nature with the convenience of easy access to the city. The house has bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs, furnished with comfortable double beds and a daybed, offering enough space for families or remote workers. There are two living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed and bathroom linens are provided to make longer stays both practical and comfortable. On cooler evenings you can enjoy the indoor fireplace, while in summer the large patio with a barbecue and the surrounding garden areas are perfect for meals and time outdoors. The property offers both a generous front garden and a backyard, creating a quiet setting with plenty of room to relax. The monthly rent is 18,000 SEK, with electricity paid separately. Costs depend on usage and number of guests but typically average around 2,000 SEK during winter. This home is well suited for longer stays and offers a practical, comfortable, and peaceful environment close to both the ocean and the city.
