I am renting out my lovely two-room apartment in central Vega, a short stone's throw from the commuter train station and a push of the elevator button to Ica! The apartment is open with a kitchen and living room in one, a spacious bedroom, storage room, and bathroom with both a washing machine and a dryer. The balcony faces the courtyard. The apartment is on the top floor and has extra high ceilings. Commuter train (about 25 minutes to Stockholm C), grocery stores, restaurants, bakery, and Rudan's outdoor area. Unfortunately, I have to leave this beautiful apartment as my partner and I are going to trial living together. According to the landlord, the "Application for subletting must be submitted at least one calendar month before the desired rental date." This means that moving in may be delayed by over a month. I am allowed to rent out the apartment for one year.
