1 room out of 4. Shared kitchen, living room. Rented for 3 months initially so if it works for both it can be extended annually. You will live in the front room according to the floor plan with your own bathroom directly outside the room. I have two girls aged 7 and 10 who stay with me every other week, so female applicants are prioritized. There will of course be play and fun from 7 in the morning to 8:30 when they go to school and when they come home from school from 5pm to 9pm when they go to bed. Included: Electricity, heating, internet 500/500, basic TV cable package. Parking outside the house costs 10 SEK/hour from 8am to 6pm.
