Hello! We have a cottage/small house at 15 m2, newly built (finished in May 2025). Nearly fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, and larger model of fridge/freezer. All kitchen equipment such as cutlery, knives, capsule machine, toaster etc. is available. Spacious bathroom equipped with washing machine and underfloor heating. Sleeping area with a very comfortable bed of 160 cm. Bedding and towels are included. The cottage features a large and lovely patio with a table, chairs, and parasol. In addition, it also has its own driveway and parking space. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, hot water (normal consumption), garbage, internet, insurance, and parking.
