The apartment consists of a proper kitchen (tastefully renovated in period style completed in 2019), a newly renovated smaller shower room (2021), and a spacious renovated room (2019) that serves as both living and bedroom. The large spacious wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors offers good storage. The apartment feels spacious and bright thanks to windows in two directions and high ceilings (about 2.7 m). In the basement, there is a laundry room and drying room. It's easy to get a laundry time with only 13 apartments in the entire property where several have chosen to have washing machines in their apartment. The laundry room has two large washing machines and two dryers. In the stairwell, there is a cozy balcony to use, and at the back, our association has a lovely courtyard with a lawn with outdoor furniture and a bike rack with a roof. The courtyard has a locked gate to the street. Parking is not included, but you can park on the street. It's free after 6 PM on weekdays and after 3 PM on Saturdays. The location is optimal in Torpa with proximity to the bus stop, Willys grocery store, and walking distance to the university. The rent includes both hot water and Wi-Fi. The electricity bill is excluded, and the tenant is responsible for setting up their own electricity contract. No smoking is allowed either in the apartment or in the association's common areas.
