We are renting out a bright apartment of about 45 square meters with a private entrance and good transport connections to Kalmar. The apartment is located in our villa on Kyrkvägen 26 in Söderåkra but is completely separate from the villa. The apartment is furnished but can be rented without furniture. The apartment is about 30 minutes by car from central Kalmar. There is also a bus stop just 200 meters from the apartment, and the bus to Kalmar takes 40 minutes. If you are heading south towards Karlskrona, it takes about 40 minutes by car. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 people. You, who rent the apartment, will have access to outdoor furniture in our garden, and there is a grill available to borrow. There is space for your car (one piece) on the property by the apartment, and it is included. The apartment is only rented to calm and reliable people with stable finances. (This, of course, also includes students with stable finances). In the surroundings, there are wonderfully beautiful walking and exercise trails. Within walking distance, there is also the Möre golf course. A good Ica-store is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
