This is a 130 sqm apartment designed as shared housing for students. You will be renting a lockable room of 12 sqm. The apartment is located in a house with its own private entrance. In the other part of the house, I live with my family. We do not share anything with each other – they are two completely separate apartments. Those who live here enjoy sharing the apartment in a communal setting. The three of you share two bathrooms, one kitchen, a laundry room, and a small storage space. You will have access to hot water, heating, electricity, fiber internet, and waste collection – everything is included in the rent. Currently, two students live here: one studies at KTH and one at Södertörn University, both are men around 25 years old. Anyone who wishes to live here must be non-smoking, drug-free, and have no payment defaults. You should also be accustomed to cleaning up after yourself together with the others and keeping the apartment in good condition.
