Hello! I am renting out my one-bedroom apartment in Gröndal. The apartment is pleasantly renovated and has a nice kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a spacious and beautiful bathroom that was completely renovated in 2020. The balcony is fantastic for enjoying a nice weekend breakfast in the sun. The neighborhood is calm, and at the end of the street, there are lovely cliffs with views over Mörtviken where you can sunbathe and take a swim in the summer. It is within walking distance to Vinterviken with cozy cafes and more swimming opportunities. In the area, there are several popular cafes and restaurants such as Winterviken, Vintervikens trädgårdscafé, and Lundbergs konditori. Good transport links with bus 133 within walking distance from the apartment and the tram from nearby Gröndal center. I often walk to Hornstull as well. Own parking space available if desired for 400 SEK per month. The apartment can be rented unfurnished or partially furnished. I can be flexible with the move-in date.
