This is a studio apartment, part of a villa. It is furnished with two 90 cm beds, a dining table with four chairs, and a TV. There is a kitchenette with two hotplates, a sink, and a refrigerator (with a freezer compartment). There is also a coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and everything you need for cooking. It has its own entrance to the courtyard (separated from the main building), which is shared with another tenant/resident to a cottage. The room is in very good condition and has a tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine.
