An incredibly beautiful two-room apartment from the early 1900s, in a quiet and calm cooperative housing association with walking distance to the best parts of Gothenburg - Linnégatan and the long streets, with both bus and tram nearby. It is located a little higher up and thus has no disturbing noise from traffic or nightlife. There is a courtyard with communal benches and a playground as well as a small splash pool. There is also a communal area for barbecuing and a lawn. Facing Vegagatan, there is a large and spacious balcony where I usually place a pallet sofa with cushions and a sunshade during the summer. The apartment is in very good condition, with beautifully exposed wooden floors, a working tiled stove, and a kitchen and bathroom that were renovated in 2020-2021. The furniture is of high quality and in good condition, such as a Brunstad sofa and a continental bed from Emma. There is an attic storage one floor up from the apartment that can be accessed and shared. In the bathroom, there is a hand towel dryer and a half-size washing machine, but there is also a laundry room on the ground floor with 3 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers, and 1 drying cabinet. I am renting it out fully furnished due to work in another location, up to 1 year initially with a chance of extension depending on what happens personally.
