Room in villa for rent to a student. Looking for another tenant for my villa in Lekeryd. You will share a shower and toilet with my other tenant on the ground floor. The laundry room is on the ground floor, and we all three share it, as well as the kitchen on the entrance floor. The rent is 4500 SEK/month and is paid in advance via Blocket, with an additional service fee of 222 SEK charged by Blocket. The rent includes electricity and water, heating, and internet (1000/1000 fiber). In the room, you have access to the rest of the villa, which is 201 sqm! The room is newly renovated with new moldings and paint, and a completely new floor! Not finished in the photos in the ad, but now the room is complete! The room is rented unfurnished and is only rented to one person/student.
