Of course, it can also be used as a small extra bedroom, guest room, or larger storage room. The large, lovely terrace outside completes the peaceful feeling. Here you sit and drink your morning coffee, enjoy a good dinner in the evening sun, or wave to the travelers as the steam locomotive chugs past between the trees during the summer months. The garden is mostly grass and there is room for games if you don't want to go to the playground just outside the gate. The surroundings are calm and safe for children or dogs and you can keep an eye on them from both the terrace and the lawn and see them from the terrace even if they are on the playground, so here you can really enjoy and relax. Private parking on the driveway has space for two cars and the local bus goes just down the street. From Brösarp, about 10 minutes away, the regional buses go to Ystad, Kristianstad, and Simrishamn. This little village charms with its beautiful surroundings and its genuine, vibrant village feel with an active community association, and just a few kilometers away you are in the picturesque Vitemölla with its white beach, lovely Kivik with apple orchards and its well-known juice factory, and of course the scenic Stenshuvud. And right around the corner lie Haväng and Brösarps Backar. ❤️ Other lovely day trips include Ales Stenar, Löderup's fantastic beach, Glimminge House, and if there are children in the family, Ystad's zoo and Tosselilla Summerland are nearby. Then, of course, you can always take a walk up towards Grevlunda hills and take in the wide view over Hanö Bay. In Österlen, it is always close by.
