The apartment is partially newly renovated and very functional, in a very quiet area with about 10-15 minutes to Odenplan and 5 minutes to the forest. The nearest metro is Tekniska högskolan, 5 minutes away. A small housing association with a shared garden at the back of the house, a shared rooftop terrace, laundry room, bicycle room, gym, and sauna. Rental approved by the housing association. Rent: 18000 SEK/month, excluding electricity, gas, and internet. The tenant must cover their own home insurance. We are looking for a person or a couple who care about their home and surroundings and who want a quiet and safe residence. References from previous landlords and stable finances required.
