In the basement, there is a small gym, laundry room, and sauna. The apartment is located in Täby, Näsbypark which is a safe area. Center with Hemköp, pharmacy, pizzeria, cafe, library, gym, adjacent to the central park with an outdoor gym, near Värtan with an 8km promenade. Parking possibility.
