I am renting out my apartment from October 6 this year until March 2026 due to studies/travel. Maximum 1–2 people and preferably people with employment income. The rent includes internet, electricity, and water. There is a laundry room on the ground floor in the same staircase. I will empty the closets, but otherwise, my things will remain on shelves and in drawers. The apartment has a living room with an open connection to the kitchen. Bedroom with a double bed 120 cm. Enclosed balcony. The accommodation is located just behind the railway and bus station. Vaksala Square and UKK (concert hall) around the corner. Close to two larger grocery stores and about a 5-minute walk to train and bus. Viewing by agreement.
