Room in central Gothenburg! A quiet apartment located on the first floor. One of the rooms, which is 12 sqm, is rented out. The room is bright and calm and has its entrance directly from the hall. We share the kitchen, bathroom, and hall. Kallebäck is calm, scenic, and close to Delsjö (the bathing lake) and a central area. If you want to get from Gothenburg's center to Kallebäck, it takes about 15 minutes by bus no. 18. It takes about 5 minutes from the apartment to the bus stop. There is a Coop in Kallebäck, and you can take about a 10-minute walk to Ica Maxi and Willys. The room is rented out furnished (bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chest of drawers, chair, TV). You have access to everything in the kitchen. There is a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher in the apartment. There is also a laundry room in the basement that you have access to and can use. Electricity, water, heating, and internet are included in the rent. You decide yourself how long you want the room. You have one month's notice period. You are responsible and pay the rent on time.
