3-room with patio - pets welcome I am renting out my nice apartment in Hässelby with proximity to the subway, grocery store, pharmacy, hairdresser, restaurant, etc. as I will be living abroad for a while. A large living room with dining area and open kitchen forms the center of the apartment. One very spacious and one smaller bedroom (currently used as an office) are located on either side of the living room. The bathroom was renovated in 2021 and has a large shower, toilet, sink, storage and its own washing machine. There is also a laundry room with dryer and drying cabinet in the association. In the hall there is plenty of storage in a built-in wardrobe. There is also a small storage room inside the apartment. All rooms are furnished. Bedroom 1: bed 180x200, wardrobes, bedside tables/shelves Bedroom 2: large chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelf Dining area: dining table with 6 chairs Living room: corner sofa, sideboard, shelves, coffee table Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen incl. appliances and kitchen utensils Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, shelf, cupboard The apartment has a large patio facing the association's lawn and the Grimsta forest. Outdoor furniture is available. Pets such as cats or dogs are welcome.
