Cozy cottage of about 22 sqm plus equally large basement with shower, washing machine, freezer, and storage, year-round living, in the cottage there is a toilet, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink with upper cabinets, and wardrobes. Close to bus stop for bus 809. Close to grocery and restaurant with rights. Close to Uppsala city. Close to forest and nature. Bicycle path available to Uppsala. We require good references and a stable fixed monthly income. No pets have been in the cottage and it is not allowed to have them (no exceptions).
