Luxgatan, Stockholm

We are renting out a room in our apartment! Last fall, we rented out to an exchange student, and we thought it was very nice! We are a couple with a kind and social 2.5-year-old son. I work as an engineer and my husband works in marketing. The room has a bed with storage, a small desk, and a wardrobe. We share a bathroom (there's a washing machine and dryer) and a kitchen; access to a balcony is available. There is a laundry room on the ground floor. Around the corner, there is a bus stop, and on the island, there are swimming piers (see picture), a gym, restaurants, and cafes.
