Hello! I am checking for interest in sharing this 4-room apartment with me from December 2025. I am 48, a musician, an art-interested girl with Portuguese heritage. However, I have lived in Sweden longer than in my own homeland. Distance from Höganäs bus stop: 10 min bike 5 min car About 18 min public transport, Distance from Helsingborg central About 36 min by public transport 21 min by car 56 min bike I will have this apartment as an extra living space as I want to try living apart with my boyfriend who lives in Höganäs. The apartment is a 4-room and I will be renting out 2 of the bedrooms. We will share the living room, bathroom, and kitchen. I have two cats and it is a big advantage if you like cats, can and want to play with them and can imagine being a cat sitter when I am not in the apartment. I play and sing for about 2 hours during the day. So it will be a bit noisy. But we can agree on what times I can make noise so we all are comfortable. It is important with hygiene and that you are careful with washing dishes, wiping tables, and kitchen surfaces after yourself. Your age does not matter.
