Nice apartment located on our property in Lahäll, separate from the villa. The apartment has a U-shape where one part has a kitchen with dining area and the other has a living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom is spacious and there is also a combined washer/dryer. The apartment is furnished but we are flexible with what the tenant desires. Electricity and water are included in the rent. The apartment is heated with underfloor heating. Very good location in terms of transport, only a 5-minute walk to the Roslagsbanan or bus that goes directly to Mörby where the subway is available. If you appreciate nature, the location is excellent, the apartment is directly adjacent to Altorpskogen where there are exercise trails.
