Under the building, there is a very large garage, there is the possibility to rent parking. The apartment is located in lovely Liljeholmskajen, 50 meters from the water. On the backside of the building begins the Årsta forest, beautiful nature for walks or jogging. Close to the Liljeholm gallery where you can shop for most things. The place is good for most things, nature, water, communication. A 5-10 minute walk to Årsta where you can take the commuter train. 5 minutes to Årstadal where you find the light rail. A 5-10 minute walk to Liljeholmen where you can continue with bus, light rail, or subway. We are flexible with move-in and move-out dates.
