Rent out my 2-room apartment at Dalaplan/Mobilia for at least 6 months from around October 3rd. Rent is approximately 9500:- including fiber internet, cable TV, and hot water. Preferably partially furnished. Looking for 1-2 responsible people to rent my apartment as I need to spend an extended period abroad. The contract is for at least 6 months, but provided we agree, the apartment is taken care of, and I don't need to return to Sweden, the contract can be extended. However, a maximum of 2 years in total, and there is no right of possession. There is also no guarantee to take over the contract if I were to terminate it, but I know that at least two of the neighbors got their primary contracts in this way. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, which you can reach with a large furniture elevator, is 59 sqm + 5 sqm built-in (not glazed) balcony facing a leafy courtyard. Furnishable kitchen with door, bedroom, and large living room that accommodates both a sofa group and dining area. The hall holds two double wardrobes and two simple ones, all with overhead cabinets. Fully tiled bathroom with bathtub. The fastest fiber network from Tele2 is included in the rent. Heating through waterborne underfloor heating. The apartment was completely renovated in the autumn of 2010 and was barrier-painted 2 years ago due to smoking having occurred/occurring here. However, it is now very limited. Windows/balcony door were replaced 3 years ago, and the apartment is equipped with a security door. Landlord's requirements for you who rent: * Gross income of at least 27,500/month * Permanent employment * No payment remarks NOTE! I CANNOT influence the landlord's decision and it is they who determine who gets to rent. My requirements are that you sign your own electricity contract and home insurance that applies for the entire rental period. I have lived here for 22 years and have never had any problems with the landlord. If something breaks, it is fixed immediately. There is also good heat in the winter.
