Floor plan I am renting out my two-room apartment in Vasastan furnished. The apartment has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room with both a dining table and a sofa. The living room has two large windows that let in a lot of light, high ceilings, and a tiled stove. The bedroom is furnished with a 120 cm bed and also has plenty of storage space. There is also a shared courtyard. What is included in the rent The rent includes broadband, heating, and water. Transportation Located in central Odenplan, Vasastan. The area has excellent transport links. The green line of the subway (Rådmansgatan) and also Odenplan station (subway, commuter trains) are a few minutes away, and several bus lines pass nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops around the corner. Observatorielunden, Tegnérlunden, and Hagaparken are the nearest parks. Why I am renting out the apartment I am going to try living with my boyfriend for a while and therefore I am renting out my apartment.
