The apartment is located a stone's throw from the water in popular Gröndal. A quiet and pleasant area with proximity to greenery and a beach promenade. In Gröndal's center, you will find a grocery store, pharmacy, library, and bakery, among other things. A few minutes away is Liljeholmen for a larger selection of shops, shopping, and a subway. The rent includes internet, heating, and water consumption. The tenant is responsible for household electricity. We are a family with three small children who have lived and greatly enjoyed Gröndal for many years. We currently live in the countryside and commute to our jobs in the city, which is why our apartment is now for rent. An exclusive parking space can be added for 1,100 SEK/month. We will prioritize a tenant who can be flexible with the rental period and a termination notice of 1-2 months, as we have the apartment out for sale.
