Hello! Glad you got curious! The ad has been out recently. But our newest tenant has found accommodation closer to her school, so she's moving out again. Read the entire text before answering. A thousand THANKS in advance for that! Available as long as the ad is still up! ROOM in larger apartment for rent to a non-smoker and independent person. Good if you are used to living with others. The house is located in a beautiful, nature-oriented cultural-historical environment. Shared common areas such as bath, kitchen, and living room with two other women. We are not a collective, but enjoy living with others. Convenient commuting distance to Lund, 8 minutes by train. Eslöv 5 minutes by train. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the station. Rent includes: - furniture as per picture (120 bed, desk, armchair, storage) - household electricity, normal consumption (= no extra elements etc.) - of course all common areas - certain consumables (toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.) - tasks for shared cleaning every week. - garden available Shower and toilet practically separate. There are two shared refrigerators/freezers. A very nice dog lives here, so for those who enjoy pets. We are two calm, adult women (40-60 years old) with different lifestyles now looking for a third tenant. Write and tell about what occupation you have and how long you would like to stay. Lease period according to agreement, with the possibility of extension by agreement. Of course, you can bring your own furniture, or replace those available to suit your needs.
