A bright and lovely apartment facing southwest with good communication to the city! The tram stop Positivgatan is about a 3-minute walk from the apartment, which takes you to Frölunda Torg in a minute, the Central Station in 30 minutes, and Korsvägen in 25 minutes. Quiet area with families, playground, and preschool nearby. The apartment will be rented out with the following furniture: * Bedroom: bed and wardrobe * Living Room/Kitchen: sofa, 2 vittsjö shelves, kitchen table and 2 chairs * Bathroom: two storage shelves, one of which has an accompanying laundry basket * Closet/Cupboard: desk If desired, basic kitchen materials such as plates, cutlery, glasses, and bowls can also be available. Own furniture arrangement can be discussed. The apartment does not currently include a parking space, but it may be added if there are available spots. The parking space is then added to the rent, which I currently believe is 500 SEK. The building is bound to Telia as a provider for broadband. I am renting out my apartment secondhand due to cohabitation trial.
