Renting out my one-bedroom apartment (35 sqm) on Råbyvägen in Uppsala, very good layout and condition. It is located two kilometers outside the city center (10 min by bus to the center/central station, which stops just outside the door). ICA is about 200 meters from the residence, and there is a gym in the association/building next door. Rented furnished/partly furnished, or as agreed. Rented out from the 1st of October 2025 until further notice. The rent is excluding electricity, which is usually around 100 SEK depending on consumption/season.
