Enslövsvägen, Halmstad

I am renting out my apartment in Halmstad because I am studying in Växjö right now. The contract will be a sublease for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The rent includes electricity, water, and heating. Home insurance is extra. Parking is not included but is available nearby along the street and is free per day. The apartment has 1.5 rooms with a balcony and is located right next to the travel center in a nice area, about a 5-10 minute walk to the town center.
