Apartment located in Rissne, Sundbyberg. 5 min walk to Rissne T-bana station (Metro ‘blue line’) 15 min to T-centralen. Suitable for one to two persons. 2 rooms, 39 m², with a spacious balcony. Living room and kitchen in an open space. The apartment is fully furnished: kitchen table with 4 chairs, sofa with two small tables, TV, microwave and 140 cm bed. There is plenty of storage in the apartment: two wardrobes (1 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom) bookshelf, and a build in storage space in the hallway. Available from 1st of March 2025- 31st of August 2025 with the possibility of extension. No pets, no smoking. I am renting out my apartment due to studies outside Stockholm.
