The apartment is located 1.1 km from the nearest bus stop called 'trekanten' (about a 10-minute walk) and 12 km to Uppsala central station. The rent of 7000 SEK includes cold water. Electricity consumption and heating are based on your own consumption, about 300-400 SEK per month. Broadband and home insurance are taken out by the tenant. The apartment is rented via Qasa. Notice period is 3 months for both parties. Who am I looking for? A secure and reliable person with a stable income. DO NOT rent to students. Smoking is strictly prohibited. The association has house rules that must be followed. The association requires two references. You must not have any payment remarks.
