We will be away and are renting out our lovely 1 1/2 story villa from December 3, 2025, to May 31, 2026. The house is located a 20-minute walk from Skogås center and commuter train. The house is situated high up on a hill, with no overlooking, a large veranda, and a patio. The villa is furnished, and the floor plan is open. Air heat pump both on the entrance floor and upstairs. Underfloor heating in both bathrooms. Fireplace with a heat cassette. The area is very quiet. The rent includes Internet, garbage collection, and a parking space for the car. Water and electricity, including grid costs, are paid according to consumption.
