The house is located in Malmaberg, about 700m from the hospital, a little over 2km from the city center. Buses run directly outside the house. Parking is available on the street next to it (24H free). There are 5 built-in beds and space for 2 in a sofa bed. Kitchen and bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an oven and washing machine; otherwise, it is fully furnished. The house is rented out indefinitely with 1-month notice for both parties. Advance payment. Rent according to agreement as per contract. NOTE; The house should be smoke and pet-free! We use this apartment ourselves and have allergies, this must be respected and cannot be negotiated.
